When you check out with an item on "pre-order" in your cart, the entire order will ship as one cohesive package once the pre-order arrives. If you want an item ready to ship immediately, it is important that you place a separate order from any other items on pre-order.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available/for the postal courier to take an arrival scan of the package to update the status.

Please feel free to contact us if you did not receive shipping confirmation, or your tracking number is not visible through the online tracking portal. If your package is labeled as "delivered" and you have not received it, you'll have to contact your local post office with your shipping number. 

Once the package leaves our facility, it is out of our hands. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

 

At this time, we are unable to offer shipping to Ukraine & Russia. We do apologize for any inconvenience caused, we will begin shipping to these countries as soon as we are able to again.

Some International orders can take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive, so please be patient. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.
